Despite MedBridge's efforts to safeguard your personal information, there is always a risk of security breach. MedBridge is not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures of the MedBridge Site. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of Personal Information on User Profiles may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other Users have copied or stored your Personal Information.
The MedBridge site might be linked to other websites. Please be aware that MedBridge is not responsible for the privacy policies of those other sites. If users provide information directly to websites other than MedBridge, different rules may apply for the use of personal information. You are solely responsible for your privacy settings, and MedBridge is not and will not be responsible for Personal Information shared by you via a user profile or the settings associated therewith.
When you delete the MedBridge mobile application, any information saved in your device will be deleted, but any information collected and stored by us will remain in our server.
The Home Exercise Program is accessible on the MedBridge Website and App through a HIPAA- compliant access code. There is no personally identifiable information (PII) attached to this access code. However, you may be able to store your access codes on your mobile device for simple access to your Home Exercise Program. For safety and security purposes, this access code may expire.
In compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), MedBridge will not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. The MedBridge Website is directed at people who are older than 13 years. While a patient may be under the age of 13, no such patient should use the MedBridge Website without parental consent. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided MedBridge with information without their consent, her or she should contact us at [email protected] We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
MedBridge maintains accounts on certain third-party websites, such as social media sites, in order to better interact with its users and the public. The security and privacy policies of third- party websites apply to your activity on those sites.
